Birmingham Town Hall was the venue for the 2015 Francesco Group Photographic Awards, where stylists from all 36 Francesco Group salons along with stylists from sister group, Scissors gathered to celebrate their annual photographic awards.
The evening started with a show by the Francesco Group Creative Team, led by Directors of Hairdressing Anya and Mia Dellicompagni. They took to the stage to showcase the trends and techniques from their latest collection, Raw Erosion.
Director of Hairdressing, Anya took to the stage along with Training Manager, Craig Davies to present the awards to the upcoming stylists working towards their hairdressing qualifications either at one of Francesco Group’s renowned academies or as part of a college partnership with Francesco Group.
Anya was later joined on stage by fellow Director of Hairdressing Mia Dellicompagni to present the awards to the salons. The much sought after Hair Trend Image of the Year went to Sean Kenna, Francesco Group Hanley for his image, which wowed the judges with his creative talent, use of colour to compliment an on trend, client friendly cut.
Mia Dellicompagni said, “The standard of work presented for judging this year exceeded my expectations, it made the judging process very tough. I couldn’t be more proud of everyone who entered, we’ve got a very bright future ahead of us at Scissors, it’s our time to shine.”
