Full house for Global Happy Café online meeting
November’s Global Happy Café meeting was the most popular to date, with a full house of 100 people joining in.
During the meeting, founder of Action for Happiness, Sir Anthony Seldon, talked about Finding Happiness and the Ten Keys to Happier Living during lockdown, while Prof Isaac Prilleltensky from the University of Miami explained why Mattering is no Laughing Matter and using humour and science to become happier and healthier. Positive comments on the session were received from attendees across the globe.
Also discussed was the action calendar for November, which includes suggestions for things to try out during lockdown. The calendar can be accessed here: https://www.actionforhappiness.org/calendars
