An Activity Day with a wide range of events for all the family will take place at Fryer Field (located off Bond Avenue) in West Moors on Saturday 20 August from 11am to 3pm. The event is free to enter.
The Activate Coast & Countryside team from Christchurch and East Dorset Councils will be on hand to give people a taste of sport and fitness activities on offer as part of their project.
West Moors Parish Council would like local people to help choose some play equipment to upgrade the existing play area and would also like some feedback from the local community about which activities they think are important to maintain or improve on Fryer Field.
There will be a classic car and bike show and the band ‘Our Propaganda’ will be playing live.
Stalls at the event are on offer, free of charge for charities or just £10 for businesses.
