Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward after a pit bike was stolen from Weymouth.
At around 4am today, Wednesday 8 July 2015, two men gained access to a communal garden of a property in Broadwey Close.
The offenders broke the security chain before stealing the X-Sport FYM pit bike, which is black and has red wheels.
Police Constable Amy Bowkis, of Weymouth police, said: “I am appealing to anyone who saw anything suspicious in the Broadwey Close area in the early hours of this morning to please call me on 101.
“The victim has released a photo of the bike in the hope that it jogs someone’s memory. I am particularly keen to hear from anyone who has been offered a similar bike for sale in the area to call me urgently.
“All calls will be treated in strict confidence.”
