Poole Housing Partnership (PHP) has submitted a planning application for the former Gravel Hill police station site.
The planning application, which has been formally registered by Borough of Poole’s Planning department, is for 62 one or two bedroom flats.
The proposed development is a joint project between Borough of Poole and PHP which will provide much needed affordable housing in Poole.
Cally Antill, Head of Housing and Community Services, Borough of Poole, said: “Enabling the development of affordable housing in Poole is a top priority for the council and, if approved, this scheme will help provide 62 urgently needed properties.”
