'Hope for Isabel' charity receives £1250 doantion
Verwood Pantomime Society audiences donated £1250 in after show collections to local charity ‘Hope for Isabel’
The very generous Verwood Pantomime Society audiences donated £1250 in after show collections to local charity ‘Hope for Isabel’ before the Cast watched themselves in the DVD of their show on the big screen at the Hub. Ann Clark (Robin Hood) presented the giant cheque to Isabel, Mum Shelley and sister Chloe.
Isabel, almost 3, was born at 25 weeks after suffering many complications and who is now severely disabled and totally dependent on her family and several carers from Julia’s House.
This money is to help make their garden more accessible and to include sensory areas for Isabel.
Shelly said ”Over the years, the Society has collected £1000’s for various charities and would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who donated for their generosity as always”.
