Christchurch based brand Jimmy’s Iced Coffee has unveiled a fully stocked fridge for staff working in the emergency department of The Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospital.
The fridge, which was installed at the hospital in Bournemouth on Monday 3 December, will enable emergency department staff to grab a complimentary Jimmy’s Iced Coffee whenever they please.
Donating 390 cartons of Jimmy’s Iced coffee every month is the company’s way of saying thank you to all the hard-working hospital staff.
Co-founder Suzie Cregan, who unveiled the fridge, said, “Our fridge is a way to give back to the incredible, selfless team at our local hospital and reward them for their amazing work. “The whole team are super proud to be supporting the hospital and want to make those long shifts just that little bit easier with a refreshing carton of Jimmy’s.”
Lindsey Sturman, fundraising manager of Bournemouth Hospital Charity, said, “We’re thrilled to see such wonderful support from Jimmy’s Iced Coffee.
“It is great to see local companies supporting their local hospital and this amazing gesture has really made our hard-working emergency team feel very appreciated. The new fridge and iced coffees will be a welcome addition to the team’s break area.”
