My job is all about residents’ wellbeing at night and when we help put them into bed, it is making sure they are warm, safe and have everything they need. You get to really know residents and what makes them smile which is what it is all about. Knowing that you make someone’s time a little brighter is just a wonderful feeling.”

Residents in our care and their families enjoy her presence at the home and it is wonderful to see the highest quality of care being delivered day-in and day-out from Julie and the wonderful team at Elizabeth House. Thank you for all your hard work and service, Julie.”
