The Land Girls to perform at Ferndown event
The John Thornton Young Achievers Foundation will benefit from a Vintage Afternoon Tea to be held at the Barrington Centre, Ferndown.
People will be able to enjoy music from the 1940s at an event to be held in Ferndown in April.
A Vintage Afternoon Tea in aid of the John Thornton Young Achievers Foundation is back at the Barrington Centre, Ferndown on Saturday 20 April.
Guests will enjoy dainty sandwiches, scones with jam and Rodda’s Cornish Clotted Cream, cakes and sweet treats, together with a cup of tea. The event is supported by Rodda’s, Tremains Tea Hut, Asda Poole, Asda Bournemouth, Asda Castlepoint and Lakie Hill Farm.
Guests will also be treated to a nostalgic trip down memory with the ‘Land Girls.’ This talented duo is sure to get everyone singing along as they provide an uplifting 1940s experience with songs from The Andrews Sisters to Vera Lynn and lots in-between.

All proceeds will be supporting local young people, providing them with the financial help they need to achieve their ambitions and really develop as individuals.
