The Woofability assistance dog for the disabled, sponsored by mags4dorset from birth, has broken new ground by being partnered with a care home.
She is the first Woofability dog to be partnered in this way.
mags4dorset raised over £1600 to purchase and help train the puppy. Born in August 2011, readers were invited to name her and the winning suggestion was Magsie.
Find out how Magsie is now bringing joy and companionship to residents at Kingfishers in New Milton in the groundbreaking move to have a daily ‘resident’ assistance dog in a care home.
