Man hospitalised after Bournemouth stabbing
Although this happened in the early hours of Sunday morning, police believe there were a number of people in the area who could be witnesses.
A man in his 40s was taken to hospital with stab injuries not believed to be life-threatening after an incident in Bournemouth on Sunday 4 September.
Dorset Police received a report that a man had sustained stab wounds sometime between 5.35am and 5.45am in Lorne Park Road, near to the junction with Old Christchurch Road.
Police Constable Gabriel Neagu, of Bournemouth CID, said: “We are conducting a number of enquiries into this incident as we attempt to establish the circumstances of what happened and identify who was involved.
“We believe there were a number of people in the area at the time and I am appealing to anyone who witnessed what happened, or who has any information that might assist our enquiries, to please contact us.
“I would also ask anyone who was driving in the area around the relevant time to check any dashcam footage for anything of relevance.”
