Steve Mason is aiming to run five marathons in five days in a fundraising effort in support of the MS Centre in West Parley.

Starting on 23 March at 11am, Steve will run an 8.7-mile loop around Ringwood/Verwood Forest three times back-to-back on five consecutive days.

Steve has raised money for the centre previously, and was part of a team of four that took on the Three Peaks Challenge in November of 2017, raising around £6,000 for the centre.

Steve said: “Coming in to the MS Centre and handing over the cheque four years ago was one of the most unforgettable moments of my life. I have seen for myself the amazing service they provide for local people with multiple sclerosis, and I know that funds raised from this challenge will be a great benefit to them.”

To mark the end of the fifth marathon, Steve is having a ‘Pizza For A Donation’ event on 27 March 2022 at 4.30pm at 42 Woodlinken Drive, Verwood.

All money raised will donated to the MS Centre in West Parley, which is completely self-funded and provides support for people with multiple sclerosis in the BCP and Dorset area.
