The annual quilt exhibition of Happy Patchers is taking place at Wimborne Model Town from Tuesday 10 September to Sunday 15 September between 10am and 5pm each day. The exhibition is open to all. Highlights of this year’s show of the Wimborne based patchwork and quilting group include the deceptively titled ‘It’s as Easy as Falling off a Log,’ ‘Project Linus’ – children’s quilts for hospitals, plus the famous Happy Patchers TV themed quiz. Development Manager at Wimborne Model Town, Greg Hoar, says, “It’s a pleasure to once again welcome Happy Patchers for their annual show set against our gardens and model buildings. We’re hopeful the fine weather will make for a bumper attendance this year.”
Wimborne Model Town is an educational charity open every day until 3 November.
