Motorbike rider seriously injured at Hengistbury Head
A large number of people were at the car park on Sunday 20 April and police are hoping witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage will come forward.
A motorbike rider who collided with a car at the Hengistbury Head car park on Sunday 20 April sustained serious injuries.
Dorset Police received the report of the collision involving a black Suzuki motorbike and a white BMW 330 at around 7.45pm.
The motorbike rider, a man in his 20s from Oxfordshire, was taken to hospital for treatment.
Road closures were put in place while enquiries were carried out at the scene.
Police Constable Paul Wilson, of the Roads Policing Team, said: “An investigation is ongoing to establish the full circumstances of what happened and I keen to speak to any witnesses who have not already spoken to police.
“I understand there were a large number of people present at the time and would ask anyone who captured any relevant footage – either captured on a dashcam or mobile phone – to please get in touch.”
