Motorcyclist seriously injured in Bournemouth collision
The collision took place near to the junction with Cox Avenue on Tuesday 11 February and witnesses are sought.
A motorcyclist received serious injuries when he was in collision with a blue Toyota Corolla in Castle Lane West, near to the junction with Cox Avenue on Tuesday 11 February.
Following the report to police at 5.40pm, emergency services attended and road closures were put in place to allow for a safe but thorough assessment of the scene.
The motorcyclist, is in his 30s, was taken to hospital for injuries which are not life threatening or life changing.
Police Sergeant Chris Brolan, of the Roads Policing Team, said: “We are carrying out enquiries into this collision to establish the full circumstances and I would urge any witnesses who have not already spoken to police to please make contact with us.
“I would also like to hear from anyone who was driving in the area and may have seen either of the vehicles before the incident or captured relevant dashcam footage.
“Road closures were put in place to allow the emergency services to respond to this incident and I would like to thank members of the public for their patience and understanding during this period.”
