Mrs Oosthuizen
Mrs Oosthuizen is the new headmistress at Yarrells School, Upton in Poole.
Regarded as an inspirational headmistress who is appreciated for her warm manner with families, involvement in the community and commitment to high standards in all areas, she previously led another thriving independent school in the south-west for over 10 years.
She has over 25 years’ experience in education, she has also held leadership responsibilities in the large primary and secondary schools where she has taught, in the UK and internationally.
Mrs Oosthuizen says, “I am very proud to be joining the Yarrells School community. Prestigiously associated with IAPS, Yarrells is set in beautiful surroundings, and we have the scope to make the most of wonderful opportunities to enjoy learning indoors and outdoors.
