Wellbeing by the Lakes is a five-day festival of health and wellness that will take place in serene surroundings near Dorchester.
With outside gatherings limited to 30, the raising of the flag and speeches on Monday 21 June will be streamed on the council’s Facebook page.
The attraction, which is situated just to the east of Dorchester, is holding the Dorset Arts Festival from 30 June to 4 July.
