The police would like to identify the vehicle and driver following this collision with a cyclist on Tuesday 18 May.
Works to prioritise walking and cycling at Poole Quay during the summer are scheduled for completion by 1 November.
The green travel routes proposed connect Wimborne and Ferndown with Poole town centre and Merley to Christchurch.
