Founded by Nettie in 2006, Nurturing By Nature is a family-fun business based in Dorset.

It has been producing high-quality raw food for dogs and cats from its base in Upton, which is sold in three local shops in Upton, West Moors and Pamphill. The business also deliveries throughout the UK on a next-day delivery basis.

Company owners, Emma and Adam Morris were delighted to receive the award at a recent awards evening.

Adam Morris said: “Here at Nurturing By Nature, customer service is our top priority so winning this award means the world to us and we are super proud to be able to share this with our team.

“We would like to extend a massive thank you to all of our customers who took the time to submit a vote and also to our fantastic teams who are always on hand to deliver the best customer experience.”

This Christmas, Nurturing By Nature will be raising money for local charity Friends Of Wessex Assisting Dogs at their Pamphill store, located at Pamphill Dairy Farm.

The team there has put together a fabulous grotto for dog owners to bring their four-legged friends along and have their photos taken.

There is no charge for using the ‘Santa Paws’ grotto, however, they are suggesting a recommended donation towards the charity.

The grotto will be open during normal store hours from Sunday 20 November until Christmas Eve.
