Pirate mania at Wimborne Model Town is growing as the special Pirates Day on 26 August approaches. There will be a Pirate and Princesses Craft Workshop at 11am and Pirates Ahoy, an interactive family theatre production at 7.30pm, which includes the Model Town illuminations.
General Manager Greg Hoar comments: “We have seen a surge in pirate-themed sales in our shop and our maintenance volunteers are even dressing the part. The last of our illuminated Wednesday evenings will be quite an adventure.”
