Police join forces and recover caravan believed stolen in Dorset
Following joint working with a number of police forces, officers have been able to locate three stolen high-value caravans.
One of the caravans is believed to have been stolen during an incident that occurred on 1 September when entry was forced to a caravan park in Lytchett Matravers. Two caravans were reported stolen.
Following enquiries, on the evening of Monday 5 September officers from Thames Valley Police attended an address and located three caravans. One is believed to have been stolen from Lytchett Matravers in Dorset and the other two are suspected to have been stolen from the Thames Valley and Staffordshire areas.
PC Sebastian Haggett of the Dorset Police Rural Crime Team said: “Our investigation is continuing and we will be looking into a number of lines of enquiry to try and identify those responsible.
