The Rotary Club of Bournemouth North presented volunteers at Cherry Tree Nursery with a cheque for £600 to pay for a new cover for the polytunnel (seen in the background of the photograph).
The tunnel cover was lost in the strong winds during the winter, and the replacement cover was very badly needed. The Rotary Club have been supporters of Cherry Tree for the last 22 years, and are also generously providing a barbecue for the nursery’s forthcoming plant sale on Saturday 29 March, between 8am and 3 pm.
