Public appeal in search for teenager who went missing from Bournemouth
Officers searching for a teenager who went missing from the Bournemouth area are appealing for help from the public to find him.
Mikel Balliu, aged 17, was last seen at the address where he was staying in Stanley Road at around 8pm on Wednesday 31 January 2018.
It is believed that the Albanian teenager may have travelled to the London area.
He is described as white, around five feet seven inches tall and of slim build with dark hair. He may be wearing a grey or green coat with a fake fur trim.
Police Constable Steve Boston, of Dorset Police, said, “We have no information to suggest Mikel has come to harm but he has not been seen for a number of days now and we want to ensure he is safe and well.
“We have been carrying out a number of enquiries in our efforts to locate Mikel and I am appealing to anyone who has any information as to his whereabouts, or who sees someone matching the description given, to contact police.
“I would also appeal directly to Mikel to make contact with us as we want to ensure you are all right.”
