Public survey on 20mph limit for road near Wimborne school

Wimborne Minster could soon see a 20mph limit imposed on another road near a school.

There is already a limit on Allenview Road near Wimborne First School, and now the head teacher of St John’s CE School is calling for traffic calming on St John’s Hill. This is due to repeated near misses and dangerous incidents involving vehicles, highlighting the urgent need for improved road safety.

Residents, parents, and all road users are being invited to share their views on road safety along St John’s Hill, outside St John’s CE School.
