Children with physical and learning difficulties, who attend sessions provided by Coping with CHAOS part of Dorset’s disability charity Diverse Abilities Plus, were recently treated to a special visit by Santa thanks to John Browns Garden Centre, near Wimborne.
All the children t had a fantastic time and for a number of them it was the first time they had met Santa, making it extra special.
Siblings and parents also attended and mum Debbie Dallenger said: “We had a wonderful time – my daughter Evie didn’t want to go home.”
Charlotte Richards from John Browns Garden Centre said: “It was lovely to see the children so happy and enjoying themselves. They all had big smiles on their faces when Santa greeted them and gave them their gift.”
John Browns Garden Centre is also hosting Santa meet and greet sessions on Saturdays and Sundays, until 22 December in his magical grotto. Tickets are £5 and all profits will be being donated to Diverse Abilities Plus.
