Let the rhythm take over as Rueda De Amistad, the sensational Bournemouth-based Latino dance company, leads you through a sizzling salsa extravaganza which starts at 4pm and goes on until the party’s over.

No dance experience? No problem! All you need is the desire to have fun and let loose on the dance floor. Their friendly instructors will guide you every step of the way.

The dance class will be from 4pm-5pm and is only £5 each with proceeds going to the Trussell Trust. Pop into the Arboro Lounge (ask for Edd) at The Furlong to book your place. Hurry, spaces are limited.

Then from 5pm onwards everyone can join in with some free social salsa dancing as the mood takes you.
