Serious injury at Poole roundabout crash
Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage following the collision at the Mountbatten Roundabout in Ringwood Road.
A man has received life-threatening injuries following a collision at a roundabout in Poole on Monday 8 September.
Dorset Police received a report at 10.12am of a two-vehicle collision involving a black Mini Cooper convertible and a grey Toyota Yaris at the Mountbatten Roundabout in Ringwood Road.
Emergency services attended and road closures were put in place.
The male driver of the Toyota Yaris was taken to hospital and his next of kin have been informed.
Police Sergeant David Cotterill, of the Roads Policing Team, said: “We are carrying out enquiries as we seek to establish the full circumstances of this collision, and I would urge any witnesses to please contact us.
“I am also keen to hear from anyone who was driving in the vicinity and may have captured relevant dashcam footage, as well as anyone who saw the manner of driving of the vehicles involved in the moments leading up to the collision.”
