Spetisbury Pantomime raises £500 for Dorset charity
Diverse Abilities, Dorset’s disability charity, was delighted to receive £500 following the performance of Sleeping Beauty.
Diverse Abilities, Dorset’s disability charity, was delighted to receive a £500 cheque from Julian Black, the director of the Spetisbury Occasional Dramatic Society (SODS).
Funds were raised during the society’s pantomime Sleeping Beauty at Spetisbury Village Hall, where 28 actors played out the story while raising funds to further support children and adults living with disabilities in the county.
Julian Black said, “We were delighted to support such a worthwhile charity. We had no idea that Diverse Abilities touched so many lives across Dorset and we are happy that we’ve been able to support them in this way.”
