Broadstone looks forward to welcoming you to its wide variety of shops, services and leisure facilities
Everything is within easy walking distance, there is plenty of parking, plus a recreation ground and a pretty park just a short walk away.
On 4 May from 12 noon until 4pm Broadstone village is holding a special afternoon of activities.
These will include Maypole dancing, street music and art, a photo trail, individual shop offers and discounts, food and tea stalls and a special rendition of the ‘Step into Broadstone’ song written and performed by Owen Moore.
For the first time ever, Broadstone will be holding a ‘Bake Off’ at 1.15pm on the same day at the Methodist Church Hall.
There are four categories: Sweet Bake, Savoury Bake, Children’s Creation and the Broadstone Bun. It’s a competition for amateur bakers, so email info@broadstonebakeoff.co.uk to find out more.
Public swimming at the Junction is only £1 per person on 4 May from 12 noon until 4pm, so take advantage of this special offer.
The fun doesn’t stop at 4pm. In the evening is a dinner dance with a live band at Broadstone Golf Club to benefit Poole Hospital Neonatal Unit.
