More than 18 retailers at Bournemouth’s Castlepoint Shopping Park have agreed to offer up to 20 per cent discount on the evening of Monday 5 October to promote its annual Student Lock-In event. Between 6pm and 8.30pm, some of the biggest high street brands, including New Look, Mountain Warehouse, Clarks, River Island, Topman, Frankie and Benny’s, WHSmith, Thorntons, H & M, Robert Dyas, Topshop, GAP, and Costa will be offering special discounts, whilst CEX and Nando’s will also be providing offers and prizes.
Sarah Ryan, Marketing Manager at Castlepoint, said that any students from college, university or sixth forms who register will be identified by a Castlepoint wristband to obtain their discount.
“Previous Lock-Ins have attracted well over 3000 students so we are delighted that so many retailers have backed this successful event,” said Sarah Ryan. “It is part of our drive to encourage the younger generation to take advantage of our late evening shopping.”
