BCP Council is providing support to ensure public safety at a Christmas market in Christchurch, which runs until Sunday 13 December.

This will ensure all the organic wastes generated in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole are processed in Dorset.

Inevitably there will be traffic hold-ups in Poole, but BCP Council says it is determined to bring the bridge back to full working order.

Both the BCP Council and Dorset Council areas will be in tier 2 when the national lockdown measures end on 2 December.
