Residents are asked to get involved with beach cleans taking place along Dorset’s coastline from 5 to 13 April.
Over 200 dedicated volunteers rallied together for the 34th Great Dorset Beach Clean to clear up beaches across Dorset.
The Great Dorset Beach Clean is back for its 33rd year. It will run from 15–23 April, starting on the last weekend of the Easter break.
Litter Free Dorset are hoping as many people as possible will join the Great Dorset Beach Clean from 2-10 April.
The team from Poole’s Dolphin Centre raised funds for Great Ormond Street Hospital and the NHS University Hospitals Dorset charity.

Members of the Good Oaks Home Care Bournemouth and Poole team headed to Branksome Beach to take part in the Great British Beach Clean 2021.
The event is taking place on numerous beaches in Dorset including Highcliffe and Rockley as well as those in the west of the county.
Litter Free Coast and Sea are back with their 31st annual Great Dorset Beach Clean over the weekend of 22 and 23 May but this year, due to the pandemic, places are limited.
