Christchurch Rotary, along with Boscombe & Southbourne Rotary Club, are organising a river pageant on the river Stour on Saturday 16 August.

With 24 events over 24 venues, raising funds for 24 different regional charities, this event brings festive cheer to Christchurch.
The Holly King, the Ivy Queen, and the Lord of Misrule will all be part of this new Yuletide Festival for Christchurch.
There is now less than a week before the start of the Christchurch Living Advent Calendar, with entertainment each day in December.
A festive town will be showcasing 24 local talents across 24 venues whilst supporting 24 local charities during a ‘Living Advent Calendar’ event lasting a whole month.
Planning is under way for this new festive event for Christchurch in December 2021 – an event which had to be cancelled in December 2020 because of Covid-19 restrictions.
