The works, which start on 17 May and will last until the autumn, will see a number of measures including re-routing of traffic.

Government funded plans to introduce safer cycling and friendly walking links and neighbourhoods across the BCP area have been reviewed and a number deferred following feedback from local people.
During lockdown, more people have been using their bikes for exercise, but sadly this has had an impact on an important wildlife site near Bere Regis.
With people being urged to cycle or walk instead of using public transport, Dorset Council is keen to hear residents’ views on changing the travel infrastructure in our towns and villages.
