The Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance has launched a life-saving automated external defibrillator package.

Operational Automated External Defibrillators which are surplus to requirements have been donated to AEDdonate.

A new defibrillator has been installed on Durrant Road after the East Dorset Campaign for Real Ale donated £1,000 to Samaritans Bournemouth.

Thanks to funding of more than half a million pounds, defibrillators will be available at all staffed SWR stations.

If you witnessed this group of people stealing the defibrillator from St Mark’s C E. Primary School car park, contact police.

Money raised to make repairs after a break-in at the pub was no longer needed so was used to install a defibrillator.
