Although in certain areas of our lives, things are far from normal, as far as Dorset libraries are concerned, some services are resuming.
With the week starting on a rainy note it is a good time to visit your local library – and the good news is that nine Dorset Council libraries re-opened today Monday 27 July.
Libraries managed by Dorset Council, which have been much missed over the past three months, are to re-open next week. However, it will be phased.
Although Dorset libraries are still closed, the teams have been keeping adults and children entertained during lockdown with a packed programme of online activities.
The doors might be shut but you can access e-books and e-audio items from Dorset Libraries.
