There is a whole raft of events to take part in this year, which will increase your fitness level and provide lots of fun.
The 5k fun run at Poole Park, Dorset Neon Run, will take place on May 22 in order to raise funds for Dorset’s disability charity, Diverse Abilities.
Dorset Neon Run, the 5k night-time fun run operated by Diverse Abilities, has been postponed from Saturday 24 April to Saturday 22 May 2021.
You can run, walk, dance or jog over a 5km route on 24 April with the event running within Covid-19 legislations.
Although the Dorset Neon Run wasn’t able to take place in Poole Park this year, 65 participants walked, ran, and danced their own five-kilometre routes between Saturday 23 and Monday 25 May, raising £5,500 for Dorset’s disability charity, Diverse Abilities.
If you had been training for Diverse Abilities’ Dorset Neon Run – set for 26 April – and had been disappointed when it was postponed until 12 September, don’t despair, as it will now be taking place virtually over the Bank Holiday weekend of Saturday 23, Sunday 24, and Monday 25 May.
