With more poor weather forecast, Dorset Police is urging those who get behind the wheel to respect other road users and behave sensibly.
Resurfacing work has started on 50 roads in Ashley Heath, Colehill, Ferndown, Upton, Verwood, West Moors, West Parley, Beaminster, Charminster and Child Okeford – identified as Dorset Council’s most damaged residential streets.
Now that more businesses are re-opening and there is more traffic, motorists need to be aware that road works will be taking place on a number of roads in Dorset – and there will be delays.
Dorset Council is working to lower its carbon footprint over the coming months.
