Drunk driver James Reade was travelling at three times the speed limit before he crashed into a house in Parkstone.
The campaign started today 1 December and runs until 1 January – and if you commit a motoring offence you will be tested.
A fortnight-long campaign targeting drink and drug drivers has begun in Hampshire, and runs until 9 August.
