A group that organises several events in the Fordingbridge area has decided to break up due to a lack of volunteers.

Events on 2 June which will run from 3.30pm to 10pm will include the lighting of the beacon in the recreation ground.

Fordingbridge Events Group and the town council are planning a picnic in Fordingbridge Recreation Ground.

As a number of the stalls and entertainments have pulled out, Fordingbridge Events Group has cancelled its Christmas Glow event.

Organised by Fordingbridge Events Group, the Christmas Glow promises to be a great event with a huge range of activities for all.

Plans are afoot for Christmas and 2022, and the committee is keen for more people in Fordingbridge to become involved.
