In a combined operation, six shops were visited by police, customs and a tobacco detection dog and a quantity of items were seized.
Barbershops in Bournemouth, Poole and Blandford Forum were found by Organised Crime Unit officers to have illegal activity.
Operation CeCe, which took place last week, saw products seized across Dorset including Ferndown, Weymouth, Bournemouth and Poole.
As part of Operation CeCe, vapes, hand-rolling tobacco, tobacco sticks, shisha, and packs of cigars were seized.
