During the 11-day Big Walk and Wheel challenge, 59 per cent of Lockyer’s School pupils, travelled by foot, scooter, bicycle or wheelchair.
Ofsted has rated Lockyers Middle School as ‘good’ with pupils knowing how the six values of the school are relevant to their lives.
The Corfe Mullen school is one of only five in Dorset to have achieved the Rights Respecting Gold award.
