Allenbourn Middle School was rated ‘outstanding’ in personal development following a visit by inspectors in January.

Pamphill First School has been declared ‘good’ by Ofsted inspectors, who also highlighted it as being welcoming and inclusive.

Ofsted has rated Lockyers Middle School as ‘good’ with pupils knowing how the six values of the school are relevant to their lives.

In 2017 Emmanuel Middle School was placed in special measures, but it has now been judged ‘good’ by Ofsted.

Following an Ofsted inspection in February, West Moors Middle School has been awarded Dorset Council’s Education ‘STAR’ Award.

Bournemouth & Poole College has received a ‘Good’ rating in a recent Ofsted report.

The council is addressing the failings identified in November’s Ofsted report with a 15-step action plan.

There are warnings that the invisibility of vulnerable children as a result of the COVID 19 pandemic should be a matter of national concern.

Children have gone back to wearing nappies, lost reading and writing ability and mental and physical fitness during the pandemic.

Ofsted inspected Parkstone Grammar School recently and have judged it to be outstanding in all areas.v
