Dorset Council has won an injunction for the closure of a Gypsy and Traveller caravan site at Broadmead Road.

The agency is investigating a possibly illegal waste site in the county and is asking the public to report anything suspicious.

Residents who fought against a planning application for the development of a 60-bed care home and church, have another battle on their hands.

Money and assets were confiscated following a prosecution by BCP’s planning enforcement team, Law and Governance and Trading Standards.

The site in question was land next to Henbury Manor Farm in Corfe Mullen which was being used for unauthorised moto-cross activities.
