A number of drop-in sessions are planned to enable people to ask questions about the Pre-Submission Neighbourhood Plan.
The Ringwood Neighbourhood Plan will be on display at various times in the Gateway Building from 15 to 29 October.
Residents in the Ringwood area are invited to write messages in a Book of Condolences at Ringwood Gateway.
