TV’s Rosemary Shrager did a cooking demonstration in Wimborne as part of her awareness campaign for food poverty.

TV’s Rosemary Shrager will be doing a live cooking demonstration during the Wimborne Folk Festival on Saturday 7 June.

A community garden in Wimborne was declared the Winning Community Garden at the South & South East In Bloom Awards on 20 September.

Beans, tomatoes, potatoes, beetroot, sweetcorn, red onions, herbs, courgettes and lettuces have been delivered to a food bank.

Work has started on transforming a school field adjacent to what will become Beaucroft College into a community garden.
