People have until 31 January to help a local artist to come up with designs for a cup to be used during the Wimborne Minster Folk Festival.
Boomerang bags, which are designed to be re-used, have been made in quantity by Wimborne War on Waste’s Bag & Bunting team.
Organised by Wimborne War on Waste, the recent litter pick collected cigarette butts, plastic cable ties and takeaway food containers.
Planet Wimborne, together with other community green groups, welcomed people to their stands during the Wimborne Minster Folk Festival.
Wimborne War on Waste has collaborated with Litter Free Dorset and Litter Free Purbeck to launch the ‘Bin Your Butt’ campaign this October.
