Landscape photographer Mark Simpson will be presenting an illustrated talk about his photographs at Moors Valley Country Park and Forest, near Ringwood on Friday 10 October from 7pm.
Mark’s talk will cover his photographic journey from professional motorsport to the relative tranquillity of the world of landscape photography.
A few tickets remain available for the evening which also marks the opening of the acclaimed Landscape Photographer of the Year exhibition featuring Mark’s image of Sturminster Newton Mill alongside around 100 other stunning images of the Great British countryside.
The Landscape Photographer of the Year competition was founded by renowned landscape photographer, Dorset-based Charlie Waite and Moors Valley is one of the few places outside London where it is possible to see the exhibition. It will be at the Park until 23 November. Tickets for this special opening night event cost £5 to include a glass of wine or soft drink. To book call Moors Valley on 01425 470721.
