Teenager stabbed on Poole beach
If you were on the Canford Beach promenade at 10.20pm on Friday 13 August and witnessed this stabbing contact the police.
A 16-year-old boy from Poole was taken to hospital for treatment having been stabbed on Canford Beach promenade at around 10.20pm on Friday 13 August.
The teenager’s injuries are not life-threatening or life-changing.
The offender is described as white and approximately five feet ten inches tall with a beard. He was wearing a black tracksuit.
Detective Constable Steve Allen, of Bournemouth CID, said: “A full investigation is underway into this incident.
“I understand there were a number of people in the area at the time and I am appealing to anyone who witnessed what happened to please come forward.
“I am also keen to hear from anyone who has information about who was responsible.
“Local officers will be carrying out patrols in the area and can be approached by members of the public with any concerns.”
