Teenage victim of indecent exposure incident in Bournemouth
If you were driving along Wimborne Road, near to the junction with Saxonhurst Road and captured this man on your dashcam, contact the police.
A 14-year-old girl was walking on Wimborne Road, near to the junction with Saxonhurst Road a around 7.55am on Monday 28 June when she was approached by a man who was jogging. The man exposed himself and reportedly performed an indecent act before making off when he was disturbed by passing traffic.
The man is described as white with pale skin, six feet tall, in his late 50s to early 60s and with ginger and white hair that is bald at the front. He was wearing a white T-shirt, blue shorts and running shoes.
Police Constable Luke Arnold, of Bournemouth police, said: “This was a very distressing incident for the young victim and we are carrying out a full investigation to identify the offender.
“I would appeal to anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity, or a man matching the description given, in the area around the time of the incident to please come forward.
“I am also keen to hear from anyone who was driving in the vicinity and may have captured anything of relevance on dashcam footage.”
